The Bau Nyale tradition is a hereditary tradition of the Sasak people of Lombok by catching nyale worms (colorful sea worms) that appear once a year on the south coast of Lombok. Bau Nyale is believed to be a history that is closely related to the Legend of Princess Mandalika.
